GEOS meeting 2019 - First announcement
The next GEOS meeting 2019 will take place in Valencia, Spain, the 31st May and 1st June. The venue will be the ADEIT Foundation (http://www.adeituv.es/en),
Plaza Virgen de la Paz 3, at the city center, where we have booked a conference room with capacity for 30 people.
Participants are requested to arrange themselves their accommodation in Valencia. There is plenty of hotels of different categories at walking distance from
the conference venue. We can recommend the following, for which we have excellent references:

GEOS MEETING 2018
The GEOS meeting will be held in Montsec, on May 19-20 2018.
Please send rapidly a mail to Mercè* and copy to me** with your intention to attend and as soon as possible at what time you plan to arrive.
Another important information: do you need a single or double room, and do you accept to share a room ?
Let us know if you will come by car, train or plane. If necessary (really necessary!), we shall pick up people at Barcelona airport or railway
station or Lleida railway station.
Let us know also if you are going to make a presentation, with title and duration. A short summary would be appreciated.
La réunion du GEOS aura lieu les 19 et 20 mai 2018 à Montsec.
Veuillez envoyer rapidement un email à Mercè* et moi-même** en copie confirmant votre participation et, dès que possible, à quel moment vous pensez
arriver. Autre information importante à fournir: avez vous besoin d'une chambre simple ou double? Accepteriez-vous de partager une chambre ?
Dites nous si vous viendrez en voiture, train ou avion. Si nécessaire (vraiment nécessaire!), nous pourrons vous ramasser à l'aéroport de Barcelone,
ou aux gares de Barcelone et de Lleida.

Dinos si vendrás en coche, tren o avión. Si es necesario (¡realmente necesario!), Podemos recogerte en el aeropuerto de Barcelona o en las
estaciones de tren de Barcelona o Lleida.
Dinos también si tienes la intención de hacer una presentación, su título y duración. Un breve resumen lo antes posible sería apreciado.
